Mast + Boom + Sails

·        Mast and boom by Tempo Spars.  Mast Tempo Section Anodised clear.

·        Double Spreader,  7/8 rig.

·        Standing Rigging          - Forestay 3/8 (10mm) 1 x 19 wire                                                  
                                    - Side stays 3/8 (10mm) 1 x 19 wire

                                                - Diamonds 5/16 (8mm) 1 x 19 wire.

                All fitted with Sealock turnbuckles and end fittings.

·        Hinged mast base to allow for lowering on boat.

·        Halyards - Main halyard:  10 mm Spectra rope : Heavy duty shackle.

-         Genoa halyard:  10 mm Spectra rope. Heavy duty shackle.

-         Topping lift:  8 mm Spectra, Heavy duty shackle.

-         Spinnaker Halyard:  10mm rope with snap shackle spliced to end.

·        Boom outhaul.

·        2 x mainsail reefing lines fitted.

·        All halyards, reefing lines to be lead back to cockpit through turning blocks, rope clutches (Spinlock).

·        Sheet Winches:  2 x Harken  ST40’s.

·        Fully battened mainsail - Horizontal cut Dacron cloth. Luff adjustable batten end caps.  Fibreglass sail battens.

·        Cruising mainsail cover with integrated lazy jack system.

·        Headsail – Horizontal cut Dacron cloth.

·        UV Sail Cover – Heavy duty with battens.

·        Headsail traveller track with end stops.

Options:

·        RACING SAILS – CL (Cruising Laminate) Vertical cut Mylar-Dacron composite sail cloth. Stronger with less      stretch than the cruising sails. Approx. 15% larger than cruising main. Racing Jib same size as cruising jib.

·        HEADSAIL FURLER:  Profurl system. Genoa has UV stable leech panel.

·        SPINNAKER & KIT: An MPS Spinnaker & all controls fitted.

·        TEMPO BATTEN CARS : Upgrade of mainsail to TEMPO batten cars.

Exterior

DECK EQUIPMENT:

·        Hatches (6 in total)

2 x Forward Hatches Aluminium frame 500 x 500 (Gebo)

2 x Mid cabin hatches. (Gebo)

2 x Aft cabin hatches (Gebo).

·        4 x Mooring cleats.

·        1 x Anchor cleats.

·        Forward catwalk swim ladder - hinges under hinged catwalk.

·        Ventilation:  2 x Dorade vents (PVC “ Seabird”).

·        Mast base turning blocks RF 1350.

·        Saddle at base of mast for halyard attachment.

·        8 x Rope clutches - Spinlock brand..

·        Stanchions/Rails:  High quality stanchions, bow rails and stern rails with 3 life-lines.  600mm high to meet Australian survey requirements..

·        4 x access gates with pelican hook releases.

·        1 x manual bilge pump.  (Survey boats have 3 manual pumps).

CENTRE COCKPIT

·        Dining table:  F/G in centre cockpit.  Folds down to create double bed.

Options:

·        COCKPIT CUSHIONS:  75mm vinyl covered cushions for cockpit. Includes additional cushions to convert this area into large sleeping berth.

·        COCKPIT CUSHION BACKRESTS: Moulded & upholstered backrests in the cockpit area.

·        AFT AWNING EXTENSION:  An extension to the main awning is fitted, (removable) to provide shelter to the helmsman. Includes further extension to Aft Targa bar.

·        ICEBOX: A portable cooler added to aft deck (doubles as additional seat).

FORWARD BEAM, CATWALK AND TRAMPOLINES:

·        Forward beam section 125 x 3mm. Painted.

Adjustable pelican striker and cable.

·        1 x Mooring rollers above foredeck.

·        1 x Anchor roller under deck.  Permanent stowage position for 35lb Plough (CQR type) anchor.  (cheeks 75mm high).

·        Catwalk in foam-sandwich fibreglass.  Supported by aluminium frame 100mm x 50mm.

AFT BEAM AND DECK:

·        Anodised aft beam.

·        Mainsail traveller track, traveller car and 3:1 traveller controls.

·        8 to 1 Mainsail sheet system - Ronstan blocks.

·        Aft seats behind aft beam in stainless steel with teak slatting.  table (+ BBQ if optioned) between seats.

Options:

·        AFT SWIM LADDER: A stainless steel foldaway swim ladder will be fitted to port transom steps

RUDDER SYSTEM:

·        2 X 26” stainless steel steering wheels.

Cable linked steering.  Both wheels linked.

Interior

INTERIOR FINISH:

·        American Oak used for interiors.

·        Slides and cabin top lined with frontrunner carpet and vinyl.

·        Common area - soles timber - teak with holly inlay. Finished in high gloss two pack polyurethane (Estapol) finish – four coats..

·        Cabin soles carpet.

GALLEY

·        Maxie 2  burner LPG stainless steel stove with griller. Flame failure device fitted to shut off LPG immediately in event of flame going out.

·        2 bowl stainless steel double sink.

·        Pressure fresh water system.  Whale single tap.

·        Laminex galley tops, cupboards with perspex sliding front.

·        Refrigerator with attached  separate freezer. 12volt Eutectic system by ICEER.

·        Good storage/cupboards.

·        Drop-down dinette table finished in matching laminex and decorative timber.

·        Dinette upholstered.  Seats 4” foam with backs 2”.

Options:

·        COOKER:  The standard spirit stove will be upgraded to a marine LP gas two burner stove with griller (Stove brand Maxie Tudor)

·        OVEN: LPG wall oven fitted.

·        BARBEQUE:  LP gas BBQ is to be fitted to the aft rails. Brand: Southern Stainless.

SLEEPING CABINS:

·        Solid doors on all private cabins.

·        Mattresses to be 4” foam upholstered.

·        Cabins lined.

·        Storage/Cupboards.

Plumbing + Electrical + Misc

HEAD:

·        Solid lockable door.  Oak/Ash/Cedar exterior finish with waterproof laminex interior finish.

·        PAR manual toilet.

·        Sullage tank built in. Pump out by shore station.

·        Pipes, skin fittings and seacocks to be easily accessible and to meet MSB survey requirements.

·        Vanity basin with pressure fresh water.

·        Fresh water shower with flexible hand-held hose.

Electric shower bilge pump with direct overboard discharge.

·        Cupboard/shelves to very high quality.

Options:

·        LECTRA-SAN: Electrical waste treatment system to be installed.  

LIGHTING/ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:

·        Custom made electrical switch panel with circuit breakers.  Very high quality throughout.

·        Tinned wire used throughout.

·        2  x heavy duty batteries.  BESCO 487 (or equivalent).

·        230amp heavy duty isolation switch.

·        Solar Panels: 2 x 75 watt solar panels. BP brand (or equivalent).

·        All cabins with individual lighting.

·        Galley/saloon area - 2 x fluoro lights.

·        Diffused lights over aft deck - 2 lights.

·        Centre cockpit lighting.

Options:

·        BATTERY UPGRADE: The 12v battery system to be increased to 3 x 115a/h deep cycle batteries.

·        SOLAR PANEL: Upgrade to 2 x 120 watt solar panels.

PLUMBING / FRESH WATER TANKS:

·        Fibreglass freshwater tank.  400 litres total. External filler at mast base.

·        “Whale” system colour-coded piping throughout.

·        Jabsco fresh water pump with filters.

·        Bronze through-hull fittings to Australian survey standard.

Options:

·        HOT WATER SYSTEM:  A Bosch instantaneous gas hot water service fitted. Hot water service is extended to the galley as well as to the port head area. (shower and hand basin in the port hull).

·         TRANSOM SHOWER: A cold water shower can be fitted to port transom steps.

NAVIGATION/COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT:

·        Twin steering compasses. Olympic brand – 100mm diameter card.

·        Log , Speed Depth: Autohelm ST60 Tridata.

Options:

·        WIND :  Autohelm ST60 - Electronic Wind instrument mounted on starboard bulkhead in separate instrument housing.

·        AUTOPILOT:Autohem ST4000 wheel steering Autopilot fitted to starboard wheel. An isolating key switch will be fitted.

·        CHART PLOTTER: Raychart 520 with 112 GPS.

·        VHF RADIO:  GME 558X  fitted with masthead aerial.

·        STEREO / CD : GME AM / FM radio with CD player. 4 Speakers.

·        COMPASSES:  2 x Binnacle mounted  Steering compasses. Compass lighting connected.

ENGINES:

·        Twin Yamaha 10hp engines. Mounted under each helm seat at each steering station.

·        Remote electric key start.

·        Dual engine controls at starboard helm station.

Options:

·        ENGINE IGNITION:  Ignition for both engines to be at Starboard helm station.

·        ENGINE HOUR METERS: Each engine is fitted with hour meters.

·        TACHOMETERS: Rev. counters on each engine.

·        HONDA 25HP: Option to upgrade to twin Honda 25hp Four Stroke outboards.

ANCHORING / MOORING:

·        Primary anchor system consisting of 35lb CQR type Plough anchor with 30 metres x 8mm short link galvanised chain plus 50 metres x 16mm anchor rope.

·        Manual Anchor Winch: Muir (or similar) brand manually operated anchor winch mounted on foredeck.

·        3 x PVC Inflatable Fenders

·        4 x Mooring lines (each 15 metres x 14mm).

Options:

·        ELECTRIC ANCHOR WINCH:  Muir brand (or similar) combination chain/rope anchor winch will be fitted.  An additional chain & anchor locker with hinging top will be built over walkway just forward of the mast. Anchor system consists of : 351b CQR type anchor + 50mtrs short link chain.

·        SECOND ANCHOR SYSTEM: Backup anchor system is provided. Consists of 27lb CQR type      anchor with 10 metres short link chain + 40 meters 16mm anchor rope.

·        DAVITS: Stainless Steel dinghy davit system.

ANTIFOULING / STRIPING:

·        Epoxy barrier coat plus 2 coats of Devoe ABC3 black antifouling.

Decorative striping on hulls.
