Association Bylaws
- The association is a not-for-profit organization.
- No memberships fees are charged.
- No paid advertising allowed and accepted. Advertisements are only
references for Seawind owners for resources.
- No meetings are scheduled or required. Owners may get together on cruise
outs if such opportunity arises.
- To qualify as a member your name and boat name must be listed in the
roster of the association on this website. No further information will
be listed without your permission. No private information will be
distributed without your written permission. If such information is contained
in any material submitted by a member it is the sole responsibility of the
submitting member.
- This website is the only publication and voice of the association. It is paid
for by owner of Hull #109 as a donation to the association.
- All submitted material is assumed to be owned and copyrighted by the
submitting party unless otherwise indicated. Submitting party grants non
exclusive publishing rights to the association for the life of this
association to use said material on this website and to promote and present
this association. If association ceases to exist those publishing rights will
terminate. The association reserves the right to edit or reject material
deemed unsuitable.
- The association has no commercial interests.
- Any election of staff will occur electronically.
